How it works
We set it up
We connect it to the inventory export you already have and add it to your website. Nothing is charged until both work.
Shoppers ask in plain words
"A Honda under 25k." It shows the cars that fit, says what it searched for, and says plainly when a car misses one thing they asked for.
Your team gets the lead
When a shopper asks to be contacted, you get an email with what they want and the stock numbers they looked at.
What it won't do
- Make up a car price.Every car price comes from your inventory file.
- Offer a car that's left your file.It updates each time you send your inventory file, and tells shoppers the dealer confirms availability.
- Negotiate or talk financing.Offers, payments and trade-ins go to your team, and the shopper is offered a call back.
- Pretend to be a person.Before the chat starts, shoppers see that it's an automated assistant and that the chat is saved, and they choose to start.

Questions
Do I have to change my website or DMS?
You don't switch anything. Your DMS stays as it is. Your website gets one small piece of code, which we add or your website provider adds. If your inventory or website provider charges to add us, we'll tell you before you commit.
Where does it get its answers?
From your inventory file, plus a short list of answers you approve, like your hours, address and how test drives work. It doesn't answer questions about a car's history or condition; it offers the shopper a call back from your team.
Does it text my customers?
No. In the pilot it only chats on your website. Leads come to you by email.
Is the demo the real thing?
The demo shows how the answers work, using a simple matcher that runs in your browser on a made-up dealer's inventory. The pilot runs on your inventory and your website.
